Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $30 consultation fee is required before services are rendered. Each consultation lasts 15 minutes. An adult (18 or older) must be present during the consultation. Our team will document the requested services with photos and notes. You will receive a detailed quote within 24 hours of the consultation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Customers must provide a minimum 24-hour notice before canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice): The consultation fee is forfeited, and a new consultation fee must be paid to rebook. Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice: Customers are allowed one rescheduled consultation without an additional fee. No-Show Policy: If a customer fails to attend the scheduled consultation without notice, they must pay a new non-refundable consultation fee to rebook. Refund Policy: Deposits and material costs are non-refundable once paid, as materials may be pre-ordered specifically for the project. Emergency Considerations: In the event of unforeseen emergencies, rescheduling may be accommodated at the company’s discretion.
